What’s covered?
In the ‘Colchester Business Cost Reduction Programme’, independent cost and carbon specialists Auditel will produce a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) report for Colchester Borough SME’s, free of charge, confirming the current position with regards to annual cost, suppliers, and any contractual commitment.
The Cost Review Diagnostic report will review the following overheads:
Business energy
Water & wastewater
Merchant services
Mobiles, telephony & connectivity
Business insurance
Waste & recycling
The report will also include any recommended actions for these overheads, with priority suggested for Green cost areas.
Suggestions may include embracing new technology, rationalisation of suppliers, an independent tender, process reviews, increased sustainable activity, review of organisations needs and exposure, and more.
Who is it for?
This programme is for businesses with premises in Colchester, for businesses under 250 employees, and in any sector, but would be more beneficial to established businesses (i.e. those who have been trading for at least one year).
When is it?
This is an ongoing programme that attendee’s can join onto at any time. The cost review diagnostic report will be completed and provided by Auditel.
