Total Grant Fund Available £34k.
To be distributed over the next 2 years (until September 2025)
Maximum £2000 per grant per applicant (A minimum of 17 businesses will benefit from the support)
Purpose of the grant should be to help a business grow, it is not intended to be a survival grant or to provide a means to repay other indebtedness,
Grant should provide financial assistance towards the purchase of capital items intended to support the development of the applicant business.
Applicants.
Available to businesses based in the Basildon District Council area (Basildon, Billericay & Wickford)
Eligible businesses include:
Limited Companies (incorporated and unincorporated),
LLP’s
Registered Sole Traders and Partnerships,
Applicants must have commenced trading and will be required to demonstrate that they will genuinely benefit from the grant.The grants will not be available to businesses undertaking Banking and Insurance activities, Politically Affiliated membership organisations, Charities and voluntary sector organisations not using a trading arm.
