Colbea gets a new look!

Earlier this year, Colbea quietly started an ambitious project to improve its workspace. Colbea’s aim was to make its spaces flexible, making use of improved technology. Armed with a new brand, we wanted to improve our clients experience by updating our business centres with a fresh, modern look, whilst encouraging cross community collaboration across the Colbea network. With 40 years’ experience supporting businesses across Essex we also recognized the change in attitude towards workspace following the pandemic and set ourselves to work!
Following some really inspiring brainstorming sessions with our tenants, staff and stakeholders, a new workspace vision was born! This vision has been brought to life with the support of a local business and former tenant, Gosh! Projects. Gosh! Projects are a family-run local business based in Marks Tey, with over 35-years of expertise. Gosh! Projects has similar values to our own, making them an ideal partner to refurbish our spaces.
This week work begun at our North Colchester Business Centre. We have big plans across the board and we cannot wait to share our progress with you. Completion of our North Colchester Business Centre is expected at the end of November.
Colbea is always evolving to keep up to date with the changing market, our workspace improvements are the catalyst for change across the whole business, establishing Colbea as a place of collaboration for the #ColbeaCommunity, securing our future ensuring our support services are available to Essex for another 40 years to come.
