Colbea are on the look out for Customer Ambassador  

Supporting the Facilities Manager, the Customer Ambassador will be on hand to provide an excellent customer experience across all services.  
The Customer ambassador will support the front of house function and client areas, providing service with a smile and an administration function that supports the whole Colbea business. 
Essential Job Functions. 
Providing an excellent customer experience across all Colbea services. 
Supporting Colbea's administration function with your Microsoft office abilities and telephone skills.  
Using your organisational skills to keep Colbea's service running smoothly. 
Great interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.  
Previous experience in administration desirable. 
Ability to be proactive and work with initiative. 

Compensation and Benefits. 

Colbea are National Living Wage employer.

Working Conditions 
Hours of work 
40-hours per week or equivalent job share. Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:00. 
Work environment 
Colbea operates workspace across Essex, you will be based in the office to provide on hand support, some home working options available. 
Travel requirements 
Accessible via public transport, but driver desirable to access all of our sites. 

Evaluation and Review. 

You should be personally credible with a calm a calming demeanour.  
You will see things through to resolution and work to deadline.
