The Resilience Planning workshop marked a first for Colbea. Held in Lawford, it brought together Tendring based businesses to explore how to plan ahead, prepare for uncertainty, and build more robust foundations for the future of their business. It was a new format for Colbea, and the response from attendees was genuinely positive. Those who took part came away with a clearer sense of how to think about the road ahead, whatever it might bring. 

For many small business owners, the day-to-day can make it hard to step back and look at the bigger picture. A workshop like this creates that space. Whether it is thinking about cash flow, staffing, supply chains, or how the business would cope with unexpected disruption, having a plan in place makes a real difference. This session gave people the tools to start building one.
