Leave A12 at junction to Town Centre
1st roundabout take 2nd turning off into the 'Avenue of Remembrance' and next roundabout take the 3rd turning into 'Westway' and follow map up 'Balkerne Hill' into 'Southway and straight across into 'Magdalen Street' turning left into 'George Williams Way'.
From Ipswich:
Leave A12 at 1st turning showing 'Colchester'
Proceed straight down the 'Ipswich Road' across the first roundabout until you reach a double roundabout at the junction with 'St Andrews Avenue'. Proceed straight across keeping to 'Ipswich Road' turning right at the mini roundabout into 'East Street', turn left at the mini roundabout into Brook Street continue up hill to the traffic lights turning right into 'Magdalen Street', and right into 'George Williams Way' opposite the Dovercourt Garage.
