As well as providing office space, the Colchester Business Centre acts as a true business incubation centre that will encourage and help develop your business potential.
The Centre provides 34 units and has been almost fully occupied since it opened in 2000. All the business are either start-up or young companies who use the Centre as a starting block from which their business can grow. Some tenants work alone whilst others have employees.
A common room equipped with a photocopier and kitchen facilities provides a place where you can meet and exchange ideas with other tenants, but the most important aspect of the incubation centre is the fact that business advisers are on hand to help out whenever required. Their advice will guide you through transitional phases of the business, help overcome problems, provide specialist advice on business management, and simply lend an ear when you need someone to take an objective stance.
